We've been bought up in a belief that Goals will help us achieve great things. However, without great systems that empower change and get us into a habit, we will struggle to meet these goals. Simply because we all find change so difficult and what we are being asked to do is, well, new. It's not committed to our brain muscle memory so it's hard.
