I am currently consulting for the Ongaonga School Board of Trustees in their new search for a Principal.
Aaron West who took over from Mike Lewis has secured the Principalship at Peachgrove Intermediate in Hamilton. Aaron has continued to build staff capability in Student Agency whilst at Ongaonga and leaves the school in strong position to continue this journey into personalised education.
This leaves a unique opportunity for an aspiring principal to make the step up into Principalship. The position also offers accomodation to the successful applicant. Ongaonga has a very supportive Board of Trustees and an active parental community.
