With Teaching As Inquiry (TAI) being seen as the major source for teachers to show evidence of development within their appraisal, I made this infographic to highlight the relationship between TAI and ERO's Six dimensions. I have also created a TAI Google doc that incorporates an appraisal end of year conversational piece for the teacher and appraiser. This doc simplifies the process and enables teachers to keep the entire TAI/appraisal process in one doc.
